USC's Black Graduate Business Leaders and Latino Management & Business Association is excited to present the 3rd Annual FORWARD Summit: Today's Change Makers, Tomorrow's Innovators'. The FORWARD Summit is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion conference which highlights Black and Latinx business leaders who are making waves across industries. The Summit will connect, inspire and elevate a new generation to chart paths and break barriers through exposure, empowerment, and opportunity.

Hardware & Software Requirements

If you are a Chrome user, please ensure that you have JavaScript enabled by following these steps:

Open a Chrome browser and go into “Chrome Settings”
Go to “Security & Privacy” and “Site Settings”
Scroll down to the “Content” section and select “JavaScript”
Add https://www.virbela.com/ to the websites “Allowed to use JavaScript”‍

Campus Firewall/Whitelist

(This document includes destination domains, ports and application locations you may need to enable on your firewall and antivirus depending on the rules you have implemented. For anyone on a network, if you have permission from the organization to download the application, the firewall whitelist will allow their technical department to configure the permissions and ports for Virbela to work properly on their devices.)

Step By Step Guide to Get into Virbela

Step 1

Download Virbela

Use the button above to access the Virbela download page. The correct Virbela campus should start downloading automatically. If not click "Download" for the operating system you are using.

Step 2

Register Your Account

Upon launching Virbela, it will prompt you to register an account and login credentials for the event. Please fill in all fields and agree to our terms and conditions to complete your registration.

Customize Your Avatar & Join

After you've successfully registered you'll be taken to your closet to dress and adjust the look of your avatar. Once you've decided on your look, click the green button at the lower right hand corner to jump into campus. If you see a 'Go To' Menu, please choose your destination and click the blue Go button.

Step 4

Navigate to the Event Space

After you're dressed, say "hi" to the event staff in the welcome area. They will direct you to the event space. You might have to use the Go To menu at the top-left of your screen to navigate.

Pokiaľ sa načíta Virbela, budete presmerovaný na registraciu – registrujete sa na tento konkrétny event. Prosím, vyplňte vvšetky kolonky a odsúhlaste VOP, aby sme mohli dokončiť registráciu.

Step 3

Dress for Success

Po úspešnej registrácii sa dostanete do miestnosti, kde si môžete prispôsobiť svojho avatara. Keď budete so svojim výzorom spokojný, stačte v pravom spodnom rohu šípku a dostatnete sa priamo do nášho privátneho campusu, kde Váš už bude čakať hosteska.

Po úspěšné registraci budete mít možnost přizpůsobit si svého avatara. Jakmile budete s jeho vzhledem spokojení, klikněte v pravém dolním rohu na tlačítko šipky a přesuňte se do privátního campusu, kde vás bude čekat naše hosteska.

Ako sa dostať na konferenciu – do Team Suites
Jak se dostat na konferenci – do Team Suites

Keď sa ocitnete v „welcome area“ hosteska Vás bude navigovať do priestorov konferencie. Môžete sa tam dostať aj cez menu v ľavom hornom rohu, položka GO TO a tam stlačíte EXPO HALL.

Jakmile se ocitnete ve „welcome area“ hosteska Vás bude navigovat do prostor konference. Můžete využít také menu v levém horním rohu kliknutím na GO TO a poté EXPO HALL.

Cómo empezar en Virbela

Paso 1

Descarga Virbela

Utiliza el botón de arriba para acceder a la página de descarga de Virbela. El campus correcto de Virbela debería empezar a descargarse automáticamente. En caso contrario, haz clic en "Descargar" para el sistema operativo que estés utilizando.

Paso 2

Crea una cuenta

Al iniciar Virbela, se te pedirá que registres una cuenta y las credenciales de acceso al evento. Rellena todos los campos y acepta nuestros términos y condiciones para completar tu registro.

Paso 3

Vístete para la ocasión

Una vez que te hayas registrado con éxito, serás llevado al armario para vestirte y ajustar el aspecto de tu avatar. Una vez que hayas decidido tu aspecto, entrarás en la zona de bienvenida del campus del evento.

Paso 4

Explora el espacio del evento

Después de vestirte, saluda al personal del evento en la zona de bienvenida. Ellos te dirigirán al espacio del evento. Es posible que tengas que utilizar el menú "Ir a" en la parte superior izquierda de la pantalla para navegar.

Schritt 3

Dress for Success

Nachdem Du Dich erfolgreich angemeldet hast, gelangst Du automatisch in das Ankleidezimmer, wo Du Deinen Avatar anpassen und anziehen kannst. Du kannst jederzeit in Deinen persönlichen Dress-Room zurückkommen, um Dich neu einzukleiden. Wenn Du fertig bist, wirst Du die Insel über den Empfangsbereich betreten.
